The Rotax ring mount was at one time part number 886-561.  At some point this was changed to 886-563, and now to 886-565.  Are there differences in these or just a part number change?  I asked because I have a new old stock 886-561, is there any reason it should not be used with the 912iS engine.

    I can check that out, it may be just a simple suppler change (they assign a new number for tracking) or there may be a technical change.

    Normally I can see that but the link to the superseded  list is down at the moment.

    Thanks RW,

    My ring mount has one strut that passes through the main ring (and is welded on both sides) at three of the four corners. The corner that does not have s strut that passes through the ring has three struts instead of two. I’m wondering if the most recent model has this pass through at all four corners.
