582 cylinder and piston on 532 block

I've get 2 x 532 engines and a 582 head. To achieve twin ignition, the head will just squeeze over the studs but there is not enough meat to machine for a good comp. .ratio. Would it be possible to machine the block to fit 582 cylinders/liners/pistons or oversize the engine some other way? I have a novel way of fitting 2 ignitions, one mag Ski-Doo electronic and one battery powered.
