Hello everyone
When I start and raise the throttle all the way, the engine reaches 5450/5500, but immediately drops to 4600. Even if I play with the throttle, the engine does not increase more than 4600
Clean fuel
what could be the reason
912 engine

    Hi Beny

    I think you need to supply a lot more detail so someone can offer some help.  Perhaps what type of aircraft, used or new, prop information perhaps.  How many hours?  Is this a new installation? If not then has this worked in the past?  Think about all the details you can for some help and suggestions.

    Cheers

    This is a 912 engine mounted on a flying ATV
    It underwent maintenance 100 hours ago, a month ago, one flight of one hour passed without any problem. On the second flight, stutters appeared. The throttle did not rise after takeoff and we returned to the landing, and this time as well, when taking off, engine 5450 immediately after disconnection, it dropped to 4600 and was unable to raise the throttle beyond that. During the treatment, the nozzles were opened, cleaned and returned. His face looks very normal, only that a flight after the treatment started problems of lack of lifting of the sled

    It means that everything happened after 100 hours of treatment

    Possible;

    Air leak

    Fuel starvation

    Loose ignition connection

    What are your

    EGT readings

    Fuel pressure readings pre start / post start / 4000 rpm run up with & without boost pump

    Air leak or ignition connection engine was stuttering
    But it's not simple after opening the throttle immediately drops to 4600 and gets stuck there
