"I understand that the pre-filter is coarse and should be between 1000 and 2000 microns. I can also afford to install it....."
NOTE: My suggestions, regarding in-line fuel filter, type & placement, are primarily about ease of servicing (including visual checks) & efficacy. That one of the benefits is usually lower cost is but a happy coincidence.😈

It's a kind of box that filters the fuel and separates water from the fuel ;-) sorry, is name is "gascolator" Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health.😂
