Attached is a flight log from yesterday. A concern I have is the regulator does not start charging until 10 minutes after the engine is started, this doesn't seem right. Towards the end of the flight the regulator output drops in relation to engine RPM, below 2500 it is not charging. Volts is the black line, amps is blue.

In the log, the voltage remains constant. If the battery were not being charged, when the 15 amp load is applied the voltage would drop.

Good observation. When I turn on the power for maintenance, no engine running, the amp meter shows -12A, the voltage does not drop, If I leave it on for 10 minutes I "might see" .1V drop. The amp meter reads a total, if the charging system was working then I would not see a negative amp of the same amount as when the engine is not running.
