Ignition Circuit Switch Wiring

I am ready to wire the ignition switches "A" and "B" to the engine.  My serial # is 9144585.  It looks like the "A" wire goes into the vacant position of the 6-circuit connector for the "A" module and that the "B" wire goes into the vacant position of the 6-circuit connector for the "B" module.  I think that I need to order a pin and grommet for each of the two circuits?  I don't believe that my engine came with those?  Part #s 265210 and 260130.

Also, in section 24-00-00 of the Installation Manual there is a 7-step procedure for wiring these circuits.  Step 7 says "Press the pin holder (white) downwards using the long nose pliers."  I don't know what the pin holder is.  See attachments.  Any help on this?

Are there any posts that describe the ignition wiring in more detail than the Installation Manual?
