High oil pressure in a 912 UL

In my last fly, cruising at 5000 RPM, oil temperature around 210 F, the oil pressure went up to 95 PSI, I reduced the throttle but the pressure remained high, after some seconds it had a fast fall to 60 PSI, like a relief valve opening, and remained normal.
I tested the pressure indicator with a potentiometer, and it seems normal, 2,44 V=30psi, 3,10V=60psi and 3,60V=90psi.
