Replacing ingintion wires

Hi,
I am putting a 912F on my experimental and want to change the spark plug wires for a better fit.
When I opened up the coil to try and remove the wire they did not pull out and I did not want to just yank them out. Can anyone help me with how to safely replace the spark plug wire from the coil.

The wires just unscrew from the coil and the plug connectors. Just cut the new wires off square across the end, put a little dab of dielectric grease on the end, and screw in the new wires. If you look down in the plug connector you can see what looks like a wood screw that the wire screws right down onto.

Hi,

They just turn on as previously said, right/clockwise for tight, left/counterclockwise for loosening. They can be on pretty tight, I needed a pair of pliers for extra grip, to loosen.
