Many videos on oil change and oil service. Is there anything out there on fuel filter replacement and/or fuel service at intervals?

Many check their fuel filters every 200 hrs if you fly fairly regular. If you only fly 25 hrs a year make it at least every two years. Be careful of the type of filter elements with some of the fuels with ethanol. Ethanol can soften some plastics and cause others to swell. If you have a fuel flow transducer on your plane the filter should be upstream to protect it.
