Garmin SL30 (RT Background Noise Issue)

Hello Everyone,
I am running a Rotax 912 ULS and my radio is Garmin SL30. We seem to have loud background noise in our Radio Transmission that changes its pitch with engine RPM. We have done our best to locate the wiring fault but have not yet been able to find anything.
