All:
The overload clutch repair/rebuild information requires special tooling and training. There is no information in the maintenance manual heavy, that is only found in the overhaul manual and restricted to overhaul facilities with the correct tooling.
As pointed out this has nothing to do with the 3 Bellevue washers in the gearbox between the dog gear and gear set. The correct way to deal with this is at your maintenance time interval when this must be inspected remove it and send it to a qualified shop.
This applies to the 912 and 914 gearboxes. The type 915 and 916 have a different internal set of parts and are not at all the same.

Hi Marco,
What nut are you talking about. No collar nuts in the gearbox except where the bearing is.
Or is this just a country to country language difference?
20nm is 14.7 ft/lbs and 600 - 800nm is 442 - 590 ft/lbs
Are you talking about the outside housing / case of the overload clutch that holds the plates in place they need to come apart to clean the plates?
Where did you pick up a Rotax overhaul manual?
