    Hi.
    1 No leaks before
    2 yes
    3 no signs
    4 no leakage after incident.

Could it be possible that some coolant has overflowed from the expansion bottle due to it getting a bit hotter than normal due to the radiator being covered more than normal.

If you still have coolant in the bottle with the radiator cap on it, and still have some in the expansion bottle, and the expansion bottle level rises and falls as the engine warms and cools, I don't think you have a problem.

Mark may be right. I missed the part about covering the radiator. I think I'd take Rogers advice and change the radiator cap. The .9 cap doesn't have to get very hot to cause an overflow into the overflow bottle. The 1.2 cap would allow you to cover part of the radiator if necessary and still not cause an overflow.

I checked today coolant pressure (by hand) and my hoses are soft so there is no increased pressure from oil circuit.
I will replace coolant liquid for new, clear and check regulary.
Cap replacement is mandatory, I'll do this of course.

    Thank's for advices!

I had the same thing happen once,

When I had checked to make sure the radiator was full doing some maintenance before the flight, I unknowingly allowed the radiator cap gasket to fold over itself slightly when I closed the cap, then it wasn't sealing properly.

It boiled coolant all over the place after takeoff.

I landed quickly right after takeoff and could hear it sucking air in through the leaking radiator cap gasket as it cooled down. If I wouldn't have checked it out right away, I probably would have never found out where it was leaking, since when I removed the cap it straightened itself out.
