I would like to try using an automotive style heater core with a blower for cabin heat in my Titan Tornato that I'm building. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best location to tap into the coolant lines?

The problem with an automotive heater core is the size of the fittings and the resulting restriction. Automotive heater cores are also heavy. I used a small radiator designed for a 4 cycle snowmobile. All aluminum construction with 25mm inlet and outlet that allows you to plumb it in series with your radiator. Rather than run a fan I just ducted high pressure air in and through the core. I control this with a standard scat tube flapper valve. I have used this system for 12 years with no issues.
