Big difference between oil levels

HI. I curious what can be a reason of big differences in oil level in my 912ULS on C42 Ikarus.
In my previous plane before "gurgling" I have about 3mm less oil in oil tank than after gurgling.
In Ikarus before I have excacly minimum and after gurgling I have full.
After shutdown engine I usually have low level, i have to gurgle to get correct.
Why in Ikarus i have so much oil in engine rather than tank?
