Banjo Bolt Damaged?

Aloha Rotax Friends,

Attached are some pics of my Banjo Bolt located from on top my fuel distribution block.

I examined the bottom of the bolt and it looks like the Jet Groove is displaced or crooked. Can anyone please verify if its damaged or not as I don't have a new one to compare to.

If damaged, will affect fuel flow? Should it be replaced?

Looks like someone was a little hard on it with a screwdriver. Yes it has been twisted on top, but that should cause an issue with the flow unless the twist goes down into the body of that jet and it is twisted as well. It looks okay from the picture.

It looks like the return system has been disabled? Is that large aluminum piece just a spacer?

Yes aluminum is a spacer. Should I replace banjo bolt with new to be safe? It about $60.

No. its not doing anything, why replace it?
The restrictor has been over-torqued or the at least the head cammed out with a screwdriver so you could always remove it, then you would not be worried about it falling apart and entering the fuel system.
Curious; why do you not have a fuel return system?

I have no idea. The aircraft (Revo trike) has been running fine since new 300 hrs ago. The installers damaged that banjo bolt jet head.

Do you think I should unscrew the jet inside and run it without the jet? Was the jet even meant to unscrew out?
