914 EGT Sensor questions

Dynon Installation Guide states: Rotax 914 uses threaded EGT sensors that screw into bosses provided on the 914 specific exhaust manifold. Two sensors that should work are the Westach 712-4D6K and UMA 2B30.

Questions: 1) are these bosses provided for all four cylinders? 2) any preference with regards to choosing one sensor over the other?

1) yes, the 914 exhaust has a boss on each pipe
2) sorry, no experience with the UMA or Westach EGT but UMA parts are normally very good quality. The Rotax 966370 EGT probe works well. Not very good experience with Westach.
