2010 Rotax 912 100 HP, 900 hours. Was running good. One day suddenly had 500 RPM mag drop.
Runs great with both mags on.
Replaced all spark plugs - gapped to 0.025 in
Spark plug wire caps replaced with NKG's 7 months ago. Continuity in all caps good.
Both electronic modules replaced 10 months ago
Continuity in both coils good per LEAF technician.
Pickups all secure and appear OK.
Removed caps from spark plug wires. Stripped insulation so 1/8" wire sticks out.
Put a bit of conduction lub on the end and screwed the caps back on.
Re-arranged the spark plug wires so they do not touch metal.
Carefully sycn'ed both carburetors. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    Hi Tony,
You did everything I would have suggested. It may be time to check trigger coil gaps.
How do the plugs look? Do you notice any significant EGT drop on one side? Are the carbs synced well?
    Anyone else have any suggestions?

I had a 600 rpm mag drop. I ultimately discovered that I had accidentally swapped 1 & 3 plug wires. Whoops.
