    I would like to add that Rotax sells a tool for this and it is listed in the IPC. The tap is a special "bottoming" tap, that means it is not as tapered as a standard tap, to get down to the last treads and clear out the old Loctite sealant.

    The Rotax number is 877570 if you want to order one from a dealer.
