TCU information output

I think I already know the answer but I thought I would ask just in case...
Besides the tach, is there any way to get the TCU information In real time without hooking up a laptop? Any after market dongles that convert it into a usable signal?
The reason I ask is my fuel injection set up needs a lot of the same info. I think it would be nice if I didn’t need two throttle position sensors, two manifold pressure sensors etc.
