can we use Engine.analyser for ROTAX ENGINE 914?

Not sure what kind of engine analyzer you mean, but if you are an expert in the use of the older (analog) engine analyzers then you could certainly put one of those to use on a 914.

The 914 has no OBD port (as found on modern automobiles) but its own TCU unit can supply some useful diagnostic data when connected to a computer with some TLR software (To make use of it you would need to deeply understand the engine's operating principles).

You can also interface a 3rd-party EMU to the 914, one example would be the AvMap EngiBox...

You are referring to a "combustion engine test cell" setup? I would suggest that such equipment would most likely be a superfluous indulgence ('overkill'!) for performing routine maintenance or even troubleshooting. ROTAX cannot provide guidelines for performing such diagnostics, but if you already have have the apparatus, are expert in using it, and have a deep understanding of the 914 engine principles... perhaps it could somehow be useful for you.
