    Let's consider a choke problem.

If one choke is not actuating, the engine will be imbalanced at low throttle settings.
It will clear with an advanced throttle and once warm, are you disengaging the choke without realizing it is also clearing the roughness?

    Hi Bill,

Choke is disengaged as soon as the engine is running, then engine runs normally. After 1 min, runs roughly.......

... On starting, ... Choke is disengaged as soon as the engine is running ... the engine works well 1 minute and then begin to turn roughly. ... The only way to stop it is to increase RPM...

If a choke remains active after you think it has been disengaged, The engine may initially run well and then run rough after it warms up a minute later.
Advancing the throttle would bypass the choke and clear up the roughness.

It is sounding more like a choke issue.

    Hi Bill,

At what Rpm the choke is bypassed ? roughness remain until 3.000 Rpm.
I'll check if choke does'nt remain engaged. It could be possible as mixture seems too rich. Another cause could be weared carb or float needles, or/and weared mixing tube.
What do you think about these investigations ?

    Thanks a lot !

Have you weighed the floats to see if the engine is flooding due to heavy floats. 7 grams max per set.
