Low oil pressure

When I received my new engine I replaced the new type oil pressure sensor with the old type in order to use my existing oil pressure gauge. I now get about 30 # when cold but drops to about 15 pounds when hot. It shows just at the bottom of the yellow line. What is the minimum oil pressure for a 912ULS engine? Should I go back to the new transducer and if I do, what oil gauge type would be required?
