my a n p not to familiar with rotax. replaced the sprage clutch. put the engine back on and hooked e up. No start/no fire to plugs. hummmmm help

It sounds like a wiring issue. You will have to verify the wiring visually and with a meter in accordance with schematic/wiring diagram. Maybe something is not grounded. Probably something simple that got overlooked during engine installation.
