I've had two separate (so called) Rotax techs check out my carbs. Both say they're balances perfectly, however anytime I let it idle at 2K rpms it loads up and starts running rough. They both said that's normal, I know it's not. It loads up so bad the idle will drop down to 1100 rpms. HELP please. Any ideas would help.

There is a possibility you have microscopic dirt in one or both carburetors idle jet or jets. Bring up carburator parts skymatic, find idle jet and make sure one or other not blocked by small particle.

IF all is ok at 3000 or more RPM than above paragraph may be your problem.

Hopefully others will have better ideas.

Thanks I'll check that out tomorrow.

Yes, probably the carburetors are dirty. Clean all jets and holes of carburetors.

Also check the weight of carburetor floats as per Rotax 912 Line MM . Heavy floats are creating issues, similarly like your problem.

Would the choke adjustment being wrong cause this? Mine acts like that somewhat if the choke is left on. Just a thought. I am no expert

Flooding at low rpm. I'll put my money on heavy floats not controllinbg the fuel. Max weight is 7 grams per set.

I would just double check the chokes and make sure they close completely off.

I doubt you need to completely clean the carbs. When diagnosing always start with the most common cause and easiest cheap cause.

Most common here is heavy floats and possibly the chokes open. Both are quick and easy to check and you won't just throw money at it to figure it out. If it's heavy floats then you'll need a new set.
