Rotax 912 A Gearbox (Old Version) Eng S/N 3792814

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.

I have an old Rotax 912 A 80 HP engine, produced around 1990.

The engine has S/N 3792814, there is no S/N on the gearbox.

I am having the gearbox inspected (600 H inspection), the problem is that it is very difficult to find spare parts for it. Is there anyone here who can point me to someone who could possibly have some spare parts for this old gearbox?

The case and the case adapter are different, but most of the "A" box internal components (bearings, seals, etc.) are the same as the "B" gearbox. So you might want to look into sourcing "B" gearbox parts... (Stock is going to be very limited for "B" gearbox as well, so you may need to look farther afield than your local distributor.)
