    ... ouch ... seriously Xing   .. 27K + in effing floats ...  that sink  ???    ... please ... let our rotax-bing folks find a way to make this right for you.  & perhaps  .... eventually us.  

    Where's Phil Lockwood on this  ?

    Older floats faired much better and many are still in use today. A different Mfg. Many people still have their old floats and have never absorbed fuel. That said they weren't perfect and a few over the decades flaked or sank, but darn few. I see flaots all the time that are 20 years old or more and have never had an issue.
