Engine

in 912 / 914 Technical Questions 3 years ago

I am in Australia and in 2015 purchased a used 912ULS number 4428494 and wish to know year of manufacture and any other history associated with it. I believe I came from France and may have been overhauled/ rebuilt at some time. Any info appreciated before installation

    Engine Type: ROTAX 912 ULS

    Engine Version: 912 ULS2

    Model Number: 309120110

    It was originally delivered to Sorlini, the ROTAX distributor for Italy and several other regions in Europe.

    The factory database has no further information on this engine...
    You would have to contact some of the ROTAX overhaul facilities directly  and ask them if they could check their records... IDEALLY the engine should come with its log book containing the full service history!
