    Yes, i did see some varnish but didn't know if it was from a prior float adjustment which happened before the sync so I cleaned the plate

    It never runs rough with both lanes and cruises at 5000 just fine.  It just had the condition inspection about 2 months ago and the sync was about a month ago after a contamination issue.
