Have you got any photos or details of the circuit that you can share with us?

I'd be curious if someone could order a custom PCB from digikey or something with easy hook ups as Garmin just sends the resistors and diodes leaving whomever to do the install and soldering

It would be easy to design a little PCB and place an order with JLC who would deliver completely assembled PCBs, the cost would be very cheap and the turn-around very quick.
