Noticed a reduction in power on climb out, Leveled out and checked WOT. 

RPM at WOT was 5100 vs normal 5600.

Right side CHT was entering yellow under high load so would seem to be lean

Pulled choke and immediately picked up 300 rpm. Seems odd to pick up RPM at WOT given the description of how it works.  

Fuel bowl looks good. 

There was a very small drop of clear gel consistency goo at end of the fuel overflow tube. 

Looking for next steps. Thinking checking fuel jet and wondering about diaphragm.
