914 full power loss
914 starts, run up 4000 rpm good. Fuel does not apparently have water at sump. At 38” manifold pressure starts surging and tries to shut down. Can’t get 40”

Check fuel filters and carburettor float bowls for contamination/blockage

Make sure the fuel pump is running. 914s will run at low power without the pump running
