16 Nm torque wrench? Which one?

Your local tool supply retailer will be able to offer you a number of makes.

I use a small digital/electronic/load cell adapter for my ratchet drive - I can set max torque and in addition to the digital read out, it will give me an audio (beeping) warning as torque setting approached and a continues sound when torque achieved.

I have a larger ,mechanical,  supposedly certified, very expensive torque wrench, whose range does not go as low as 20Nm, that I occasionally test the digital adapter against - noting any variation. Its usually pretty close.
