High RPM /run up fuse blows

Recently bought a Pipistrel sinus with the 912 in it and replaced to voltage regulator which fixed the battery charging issue. Only to have a generator fuse blow whenever I run it up. Was thinking it could be a wire short but.. that is why I am here to get any feedback to what it could be.

Check your regulator wiring.

Check all related wiring for good firm connections (especially earth/ground).

Check your Master Switch is making a good connection when on.

Update; it is not mag related but time related, that by the time I get to the run up it’s heated to to the point where the fuse just melts, not just a broken wire. This is with not turning on any avionics or electronics either.

Speculation: Turning on the whole electrical system, immediately after engine start, may help - never heard of anyone taxying out to the runup bay without turning the avionics on.
