I have the newer Rotax 297656 plugs with 193 hours on them. I use 99.9% auto gas. Plugs look good and no problems with the engine. Im a new LSRM doing my first conditional. Is there a process for cleaning the plugs or if they look fine should I reinstall and move on?

Depending on the hours of use and their condition I may take a soft small brass brush and clean them up.  You don't want to abuse them just clean them if it is needed. I've never had an issue doing this.

Like Roger says, use a soft brush to remove any light build up, no sand blasting allowed.  Sand blasting, while it is a standard practice on the large GA aircraft, is harmful to the very small porcelain portion of the spark plug at the spark end.  it erodes the material allowing deposits to cling to the plug and limits life.
