Hi Dan,
I had a friend with an F2 with the same issue. After trying everything else he found it was the circuit breaker. He swapped it out for a new one and the problem was solved.

Roger: that's one thing we didn't try, but that's a great suggestion. (I will also mention to the Flight Design dealer who didn't have any great ideas).
Last week I had the local mechanic check out everything that could be causing the issue (fuel lines, electrical, fuel pumps, fuel filters, etc...) and couldn't find any issues other than slightly dirty fuel filter which he replaced. Have since flown a few short flights with no issues, but perhaps the circuit breaker has occasional issues.
