    We are waiting here too. It isn't fast and part of it depends how fast the distributor files the paperwork. The one I used just recently took 2 weeks to just do the paperwork. Said they were busy.

    I did the upgrade myself and found the instructions excellent. I estimate a 20% increase in performance. Kevin (California Power)was very helpful with the gearbox and computer upgrades.
    Sadly it has been three months and no word about the return of the +/- $3000.00 I paid as a deposit
    pending the return of the replaced parts. As said in other replies to this thread I am disappointed
    that a company like Rotax would operate in this fashion.

    Has any one received payment/refund from Rotax iS to iS Sport or is Rotax refusing to pay everyone?

    Who at Rotax is in charge of this simple problem? We all paid our money for the upgrade, now getting that back as promised should not be such a hassle.

    Roger, would your mentor Eric be any help with this? Would appreciate an e mail or phone number unless there is someone higher that can make this happen.

    My guess is it is both the distributors and Rotax play a part here. Paperwork moves slow sometimes. Some of this paperwork has been absolutely overwhelming. I would have to make a call to get more detailed info.

    I also pushed my manufacturer yesterday and got a call from Kevin at California power this morning saying things would happen this week. Either the squeaky wheel gets the grease and our efforts made a difference or they decided to get on it.........
