Lane A light

Good afternoon. We recently sent our CTLS to the shop for the stator recall. After getting it back, the Lane A light comes on intermittently and does not go out unless we do an engine re-start. No drop in RPM, no engine roughness, etc. The BUDS Dongle gave the code as being Ignition Cylinder 1/2. I believe Lane A has a faulty sensor somewhere but there is no smoking gun. Any suggestions?
