generator question

Hi

1.Rotax manual said generator output voltage is 14.2±0.3V（min 13.9V/max 14.5V）.Why download the user log from Dynon sometimes record A /B Voltage(CAN) was 13.8V. Does it matter if the value is less 0.1V than minimum?

2.We need to configure  alert and graphical properties for LANE A/B voltage(eg:0-5 red;5-10 yellow;10-15 green;15-20 yellow;20-25 red).Accroding rotax manual we know the normal rang value is 13.9-14.5.   But I don't know Caution value and Waring value. Thanks for your help?
