The engine is installed in an AutoGyro Cavalon.  I don't have any glass cockpit instruments - just analog gauges.

During maintenance work the log file was downloaded and analysed and the result given to me was that the engine was warning about an unexpected difference in the oil temperature compared to water temperature.

The 915 engine has a full set of sensors but outputs all of its parameters via the CAN BUSS. Oil Temp and Pressure, Tach, Cyl Temp, Fuel Flow, etc.

There is no place on the engine to connect analog gauges without tapping into palaces that were not meant to be tapped into.

I find it strange that they would offer a 915 with steam gauges.

A Glass panel is almost mandatory.
