912is Sport lack of RPM and rough running

Was this with the Rotax exhaust?

How did the baffle collapse?

No the exhaust was manufactured by the airframe, TL 3000 Sirius. Its good question we did have high EGT's occasionally beforehand but we suspect it collapsed over time, the 912 is sport engine does seem to run hotter than the 912. We had the fuel injectors cleaned and flow tested, two were marginally different but the tester felt they weren't material. Picture of the muffler below. 

What was interesting is BUDS said lack of air and that was correct as back pressure was restricting air in.
