We operate a Eurostar 80hp and fitted a new Klassic prop in September 2020. Is it necessary to have it overhauled as we have less than 300 hrs done since fitted? What does it entail? Any info appreciated.

Not really a Rotax question you need to look at the manual for your Prop. Secondly if you want to go beyond the prop stated service you will need to ask your Aviation authority to see if that is allowed

    Hello AJ

Glenn is right.  It would be best to contact the regional distributor from your area of Eurostar.  if you are talking about the overhaul of the propeller for sure you need to contact the prop manufacturer or whomever sells them in your country.  Myself I am unfamiliar with a prop name "Klassic".  Perhaps some identification numbers and information is on the prop or hub of the prop.  I am aware of service/maintenance requirements for inflight and constant speed propellers but not fixed pitch.  Generally ground adjustable dont have such a requirement for the most part.

    Cheers
