Bing 54 Float bowl bracket

Are you referring to the spring clip that holds the float bowl onto the carburetor, or the float bracket used to adjust the float level?

There is no adjustment for the spring clip, as it is designed to apply constant pressure to the bowl. If you are experiencing a leak at the float bowl, the float bowl gasket should be replaced.
