e-learning video

Is there any way to download the e-learning videos as the streaming is so slow and bad that one can not follow the video or am i doing something wrong??

It should have a selection of multiple streaming rates.

Hi Mossie,

If you have tried all three then I would check your computer settings. Do you have the same problem with other videos like from Youtube or others?
