Some have said it is hard to get a compression test hose or tool into the spark plug holes for a compression test. Here is a simple compression test tool that can be made at home.
Take an old 912 spark plug, break off the porcelain and electrode tip. Drill or break out the porcelain down through the center of the thread area so it is hollow. Buy a 1/4" x 6" threaded pipe nipple. Weld the pipe on the top part of the plug you hollowed out. Buy an air hose male fitting to fit your compression test kit and screw it on the end of the pipe nipple. Take off the compression ring on the spark plug end and put an "O" ring in it's place. You now have a nice home made extended easy to use compression test tool for about $10.
