CHT's on 582 below normal range

I am a new Rotax 582 mod. 99 owner. It is on a Quicksilver Sport 2S.
I am seeing these CHT's: left 170-180; right 70-80.
There are both below the normal range of 230-270, and the right is running 100 deg lower than the left.
I have the EIS system for engine readings. All other readings are within normal ranges and I am having no problems with the engine.
The extra large radiator is installed and the water temp is good.
What are the possible explanations for the CHT readings?
