info on engine serial number

 I am considering purchasing an aircraft with a rotax engine

Serial Number is 5647412

Can you please advise regarding year of manufacture, original factory configuration, model number, TBO, and any other data available.  Can you also tell me if this engine has a through bolted block?

• without mech. tachom. pick up
• without external generator
• without air guide baffle
• with std. temperatur sensors
• with screw connection UNF
• with expansion tank
• without air box
• without engine truss
• starter large

TBO depends on what servicing has been done to the engine (TBO can be extended in certain cases)

5647412 has TBO of 1500 hrs / 12 years if TBO was not extended, or 2000 hrs / 15 years, if the TBO extension procedures were carried out.

I have a Rotax 912 ULS engine with S/N 5.647.683. Where can I found the crankshaft number? On the block between (lower left side) cyl 1 & cyl 3 a number 6811385 has been stamped and between (lower right side) cyl 2 & cyl 4 a number 6811385 has been stamped.

Also at the lower left side before cyl 2 a number 888368 has been stamped.

So my question which number refers to the crankshaft??

Are you looking for the crankshaft part number, or the crankshaft serial number?

(888368 is the 'crankcase set' part number...)

 I am looking for a used ultralight with a ROTAX 912ULS s/n 68 11 385 ( there is also an other number 07 3564)  and would like to know the date and all necessary data of this engine. Could you help me to have thoses datas?
