CDI replacement

Hi guys.
I have a Stol MXP 740 using Rotax 912 UL but I'm having troubles with the ignition (electrical part), so I think it's because the CDIs are failing (old model).
My question is about the CDIs Ducati, do really need to use CDI Ducati to replace the CDIs? or there is another type of cheaper CDIs which I can use without any spark problems?
