Hey there, I owned a virus SW 80 fitted with Rotax 912A engine. The initial issue was that the engine shutdown Uncommanded while taxing. To find the cause I opened both the carbs thinking of any issue with fuel supply but both the carbs are good. All jets cleaned and fitted back. Again engine startup was given but it was again shutdown post 02 minutes of operation. This time I checked the Spark plugs. I posted here the images of spark plug taken out. By manual it says that there is a rich fuel mixture which causes the Spark plugs gets black face. I need to know how to two things. First, should I not put in fuel pump on to avoid rich fuel mixture. Second, what may be the remedial action for this?
