high voltage but regulator ok

Rotax 912S on a Skyranger, battery at 13.1 volts at engine off. I recently had in flight the voltage increase from a steady 14.2 to gradually jump up to 17 volts. After many step, of cleaning the ground wire, change the voltage Ducati regulator, and the problem still there. Voltage increase to reach 16-17 volts a 3000 rpm so what i have to look for after to resolve my problem ? Merci à l'avance !
