Rotax 912 uls shakes violently

Hello
Have a Rotax 912 uls that suddenly shakes violently from idle to 5000rpm. It can suddenly run fine for 5-10 minutes, and then start to shake violently. Sometimes I can get it to run smoothly when I pull down to idle and increase the rpm slowly.
Changed to new carburetors, no difference. New CDI boxes make no difference. Checked the ignition coil no wrong value. Can the gearbox cause this problem? Does anyone have a suggestion on what the next step is.
